Standard Shipping Charges
The standard delivery charge starts at AUD$6.95 per package within Australia.
Your orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days (except during Christmas periods, please see ‘Christmas Delivery’ for more information). Sydney and Melbourne Metro: 2-3 working days after dispatch. Rest of Australia: 3-5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 2 days.
* Delivery to remote areas may take longer. Please note we rely on Australia Post to provide delivery services so we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order doesn’t arrive within the given timeframe, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a delivery is late, the Purchaser must inform customer service as soon as possible, by e-mail sent to email@example.com or by this form. Enquiries may take some time but we aim to resolve all delivery problems within two (2) weeks from the day of the complaint.
Upon receipt of Products ordered, the Purchaser must check that the Products are compliant. Any delivery anomalies (missing items or broken Products, parcel damaged, etc) must be noted in writing by Purchasers on the delivery slip presented by the courier alongside a signature. The Purchaser must also notify the Kiehl’s customer service department by e-mail sent to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the nature of the problem.
All orders placed by 19 December will be dispatched before Christmas Day. All order placed between 20 and 26 December will be dispatched on 30 December. However, if you wish to receive your order before Christmas, please allow sufficient time for order dispatch and delivery time.

Kits (Gift Kits, Pre-Packaged Bundles, Support Packs)
You may return or exchange any of our Kits in accordance with the terms of this Policy, but only as a whole with all products included. Individual products within a Kit may not be individually returned or exchanged.
Due to different currencies, prices and taxation laws, we are unable to coordinate a refund for a Soodox product that has been purchased in a country other than the country of purchase However, we would be pleased to coordinate an exchange for alternative product(s) of equal or greater value, with the difference paid by the customer, at any Soodox store in any country.
For products purchased through an authorised stockist
For purchases made at an authorised Soodox stockist, that you wish to return or exchange through that authorised stockist, please consult the authorised stockist’s returns policy for guidance on how to request a refund and / or exchange. However, please note, we cannot provide you with a refund for any purchases made at an authorised Soodox stockist, in our online store. Please note, purchases from our online store cannot be refunded or exchanged at any of authorised stockist.
