Shipping Methods and Rates:

We offer standard & express shipping within Australia and to selected international destinations. 

Within Australia, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. We also offer free express shipping on all orders over $99.

For international orders, shipping rates in AUD are as follows:

  • Hong Kong: $32.00

  • New Zealand: $22.00

  • United Arab Emirates: $32.00

  • United Kingdom: $42.00

  • United States: $32.00

Shipping Times:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia (standard): 3–6 business days
  • Australia (express): 1-3 business days

  • International: 6–27 business days depending on the destination

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Free Shipping:

Free express shipping is automatically applied to all Australian orders over $99 at checkout.

International Shipping:

We ship to a select number of international locations. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

Customs and Duties:

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, we can arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
