Shipping Methods and Rates

Within Australia, standard shipping is A$7.95 and express shipping is A$11.95.

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over A$75. Express shipping is excluded from this offer.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Within Australia

Delivery within Australia takes up to 5 business days after payment.

We send parcels through Australia Post. Dispatch means handing your parcel to Australia Post; it does not mean delivery to your address on the same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If an item is unavailable or your order is delayed, we will notify you.

International Shipping

International shipping charges are displayed at checkout. We offer free standard international shipping on orders over A$250 to supported destinations.

International delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs processing, and local postal services. The Australian delivery timeframe does not apply to international orders.

Customs duties, taxes and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
