Two sunscreens, one family-ready pack

Keep the right sunscreen ready for each family member: green for ages 7 years to adult, orange for children aged 6 months to 6 years. Both offer broad spectrum SPF50 protection and are labelled water-resistant for up to 80 minutes. Always read each label and follow its directions. Use alongside shade, protective clothing, hats and sunglasses.

Ingredients

Active mineral ingredient: non-nano zinc oxide 25% (w/w).

Directions for each sunscreen

7 years to adult

Apply a generous, even layer to clean, dry skin on the face and body at least 20 minutes before sun exposure, using enough to fully cover all exposed areas. Reapply every 2 hours, and immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying (water resistant for up to 80 minutes). Suitable for daily use on sensitive skin for ages 7+, this mineral sunscreen protects best when paired with shade, protective clothing, hats, and sunglasses.

Children 6 months to 6 years

Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.

Children under 6 months of age ask a doctor.

Sun Protection Measures - Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin ageing. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad-Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including - Limit time in sun, especially from 10am to 2pm, wear long sleeved shirts, pants, hats and sunglasses. re-apply after 80minutes of swimming or sweating, immediately after towel drying, at least every two hours. Protect the product in the container from excessive heat and direct sun.

Adult sunscreen

If unusual symptoms persist after application, talk to a healthcare practitioner. Avoid contact with eyes. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only.

Child sunscreen

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children – if product is swallowed get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove. Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs.

TGA Statement

Sunscreens are only one component of sun protection. Prolonged high-risk sun exposure should be avoided. Frequent use and re-application in accordance with directions is required for effective sun protection.

What is included?

Which sunscreen should each family member use?

Use the green-labelled sunscreen for ages 7 years to adult and the orange-labelled sunscreen for children aged 6 months to 6 years. For children under 6 months, ask a doctor. Read the directions and warnings on each individual product.

Do I need to reapply after swimming?

Yes. Both products are labelled water-resistant for up to 80 minutes. Reapply according to the individual label, including after swimming, sweating and towel drying. Sunscreen is only one part of sun protection: also use shade, protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses.
