Directions for use

Lift the applicator’s cover.
Fill the applicator with the desired amount of serum.
Gently press the applicator against the scalp to retract the teeth and start dispensing the serum.
Glide it softly over the scalp to ensure even distribution of the serum.

The applicator can also be used as a scalp massaging tool without serum.

Caution

When not in use, protect the aluminium tip by replacing the cover.

Regularly clean the applicator to prevent the aluminium tips from clogging.

Delivery costs & timing

Within Australia, standard shipping is A$7.95 and express shipping is A$11.95. Standard shipping is free on orders over A$75; express shipping is excluded.

We hand your parcel to Australia Post for delivery. Dispatch means handing it to Australia Post, not arrival at your address. We email tracking details after dispatch and notify you if an item is unavailable or your order is delayed.

Delivery within Australia takes up to 5 business days after payment.

International delivery typically takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Free standard international shipping is available on orders over A$250 to our supported destinations. Customs and local postal services may affect timing.

Returns & order problems

Request a return for any product within 7 days of receiving your order, with your order number or proof of purchase. All products are eligible, including personal care products, beauty products, sale items and gift cards. There are no product-category exclusions. Email customersupport@soodoxco.com.au before sending an item back for return instructions.
